Great Value Properties

After three years of research, the brand new company of Algarve Inland Properties is now operating. The company is at present run solely by myself (David), an Englishman who has spent the last three winters in southern Portugal, speaks Portuguese and knows the Algarve well. The aim of the company is to market inland properties which offer better value for money than the properties offered by agencies operating solely on the coast. My company has linked up with Imoloft, a fully licensed Portuguese estate agent with both inland and coastal offices.

There are many leading estate agents along the Algarve coast but I believe they are unable to give clients the bespoke service which I can offer (having personally been through the buying process). Although clients are expected to book their own flights (I use EasyJet online), I will organise accommodation and arrange to meet up with them after their arrival in Portugal.
